All Vinvision customers are responsible for providing property insurance for their own inventory.A certificate of insurance for “property at additional location” will need to be on file for storage customers. The Alcoholic Beverage Control requires that we have a current license copy on hand. The usual type licenses are:

TYPE 2- Wine Growers License

TYPE 9- Beer & Wine Importer’s License

TYPE 14- Public Warehouse License

TYPE 17- Beer & Wine Wholesaler’s License

Storage Fees

All inbound storage will be charged .15 per case.

Monthly Storage Fee (Case lots per SKU)

Minimum storage charge is 35.00

Cross Dock

$1.00 per case. Goods must be picked up within 7 days.

Will Calls

All outside trucking companies making an appointment for pick-up must contact Vinvision before 3:00 p.m. the day prior to the pickup.

$5.00 (minimum) per order with a case count of 10 or under.

$0.45 per case – orders with case counts of 11 or more.

Order Flow

• Orders are sent to Vinvision by fax or email. (831-763-7852 or orders@vinvisiontrucking.com)
• All orders for next day delivery must be in by 3:00 p.m.
• All orders needing special handling, such as re-packing or labeling must be in by 10:00 a.m. for next day delivery.
• All orders must have delivery instructions (order number, purchase order number, receiving hours, etc.) printed on document.
• Vinvision will contact you in the event of the order being refused or the account being closed on the same day of the delivery via fax or phone.

Sales Order

$1.25 per order (generating a delivery document).

Same Day Orders

$35.00 – This service charge is for orders needing same day picking and staging for will call

orders (the normal will call charges are still in effect).   

Late Orders

$ 6.00 per order received after 3 p.m.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS AFTER 5 P.M.

CODs

$7.50 plus cost of delivery.

Restock

$0.75 per case – due to refusals, accounts not being open, order revisions, and cancellations.

Refused

There will be a per case charge for delivery attempt(s).

Broken Case

$3.50 per case (i.e., sample/bottle orders).

Warehouse Labor

$40.00 per man/per hour – unloading containers, UPC labeling etc.

United Parcel Service

In addition to UPS charges, Repack fee and Shipper will be charged.

UPS Ground-Business Days in transit from Watsonville.
